The Simplyhealth Junior and Mini Great Tees run

Type:Sporting Event

Stockton-on-Tees, Tees Valley
Junior Mini Tees run 2018

Get the kids involved in one of the biggest sporting weekends in the North East in 2019 and sign them up for the Junior and Mini Great Tees Runs. The runs which are open to budding runners aged 3-14 give children the chance to experience their own finish line moment and wear their medals with pride after finishing the 2k or 4k route.

The Junior and Mini runs on Saturday 7th September happen alongside the The Great Tees 10k ahead of the Great North CityGames which are taking place in Stockton for the first time in 2019.

All routes will hug the banks of the Tees and take in the iconic Infinity Bridge.

Stick around after the run to experience the incredible sporting spectacle the Great North CityGames. The Great North CityGames will be the highlight of an action packed sporting weekend, which sees world-class athletes from around the globe compete alongside the very best of home-grown talent. Taking place in the heart of Stockton's high-street the event attracts crowds of over 25,000.

So whether the little ones are keen to strap on their running shoes or if you just want to witness some top athletes in action as a family, make sure you are in Tees Valley this September!
