Easter Storytelling - Aesop's Fables (Age 5-7) The Boy Who Cried Wolf

Join Chris Connaughton at The Hullabaloo this Easter for The Boy Who Cried Wolf from Aesop's Fables for ages 5-7 years
The Boy Who Cried Wolf
After days and days of watching his father's flock of sheep, the shepherd's son gets bored. Desperate for some attention, he cries "Wolf! Wolf! There's a wolf!" Hearing the cry, the villagers charge up the hill to fend off the wolf only to find that the boy had tricked them. A few days later, the boy cries "Wolf! Wolf!" Once more. Again the villagers come to his rescue only to find it is yet another lie. But what will happen the third time, when real danger strikes? Will the villagers believe the boy or will they ignore his cries for help?
A tale about telling lies and the consequences.
