Crossing the Tees, the book festival for the Tees Valley, returns with a jam-packed programme of authors, events and workshops. Highlights for 2019 include TV's The Yorkshire Vet Julian Norton, crime author Stephen Booth, peformances from poets Kate Fox and Rowan McCabe and the history of booze with journalist Henry Jeffreys.
