The Priory Bistro is an independent bistro situated in the heart of Guisborough which provides outstanding service and creating a fantastic atmosphere.
They serve a large and loyal clientele from morning coffees and full English breakfast to an evening British Tapas Menu.
In a perfectly positioned suntrap, The Priory Bistro is the ideal place to watch the world go by while tucking into a breakfast, sampling a lunchtime speciality or savouring a freshly baked scone, either in the courtyard dining area or in one of their three dining rooms. The bistro opens 7 days a week and serves quality dishes with many of the ingrediants ocally sourced. Every Friday and Saturday evening they transform from a busy coffee shop into an intimate candlelit bistro.
