The posthouse restaurant is a brave new concept and includes feature after feature, from a wine tower and wine rack containing 2,000 bottles, to the feature lighting behind the bar and in the ceiling, to the huge fish tanks. The food is adventurous yet simplistic and the wine list is extensive and competitively priced with all wines served by the bottle and by the glass.
