The Nu Sana restaurant is a brand-new casual eatery, located above the award-winning spa at Rockliffe Hall. Dine indoors or on the terrace overlooking the beautiful grounds. Blending the words ‘NUTRITIOUS’ and ‘SANA’ (from the Latin meaning ‘healthy’) this name elegantly depicts the new dining concept, ‘Nourish Your Soul’.
Nu Sana offers a dining menu consisting of both healthy, nutrition-led menu items such as superfood salads, smoothies, fresh juices alongside nourishing dishes and buddha bowls. In addition, there are more indulgent choices to give guests the option of ‘everything in moderation’.

Opening Times
Food is served all day from 8am until 5pm (last food orders at 4.30pm), plus 6.30pm - 9pm (last food orders at 8.30pm) on Friday & Saturday evenings. Guests and spa day visitors are welcome to dine ‘in robes’ until 5.30pm to allow for ultimate comfort and relaxation.
