Dishes are inspired by sustainable, home-grown produce and created using some ingredients foraged from The Gardens and surrounding 150-acre estate.

      * Wellington Restaurant is also open for breakfast 7 days a week. The Lounge menu is available daily from midday to 9.30pm offering a selection of salads, sandwiches and more substantial meals. All services are available for non-residents. While booking is not necessary,it is highly recommended.
