Acklam Hall

About

Acklam Hall, the only Grade 1 listed building in Middlesbrough, is home to The Brierly restaurant which encompasses The Salon and The Dining Room - two beautiful and unique rooms providing the perfect setting to indulge and enjoy.

The food is decadent, locally sourced and expertly created by the Head Chef and his full trained team of experts. The hall has been restored to an  exquisite standard with luxurious furnishings, and outstanding decor which incorporates many of the original features of the Hall, look out for the ornate ceilings.

Breakfast Lunch and Dinner is served daily and Friday night Cocktails and Tapas is a popular choice . Afternoon Tea is something not to be missed at Acklam Hall and seasonal variations such as Easter Afternoon Tea and Christmas Afternoon Tea are the perfect choice if you want to experience something special.

Acklam Hall is also one of the leading venues in the North East for weddings, events, dining, serviced office accommodation and conference facilities.

For more than two hundred years Acklam Hall was the home of the Hustler family.  Since 1935 it has been, in various guises, a place of learning and is fondly remembered by the people of Middlesbrough.
