Join us for Zetland Gold Cup Day, on Thursday 2nd June the first day of HM Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee Celebration bank holiday weekend.
The highlight of our Spring racing season, The Racing TV Zetland Gold Cup is one of the jewels in Redcar’s crown.
Alongside spectacular quality racing we’ll be celebrating the Queen’s jubilee with lots of free entertainment for children including Prince & Princess school where children can learn how to be royalty.
Tickets start at just £6 per person. Discounts are available for Students & OAP’s on the gates (valid ID/proof of age is required).
Children under 18 years old race for FREE when accompanied by an adult.


Facilities

You can’t fail to enjoy the action and excitement of a day at the races when you visit Redcar Racecourse.

Both the Grandstand and Course Family Enclosure have trackside viewing - you can watch as the horses race past you on their way to the winning post.


Opening Times

Gates open - 11.52am
First race - 1.52pm
Last race - 5.15pm
These times are provisional and will be confirmed 48hrs before the race meeting once declarations have been finalised.


Prices

Book your admission tickets in advance and save up to 20% off the pay on the day price.

Grandstand Enclosure Admission - £15 in advance / £18 on the day
Course Enclosure Admission - £6 in advance / £7 on the day

Under 18s come racing for free into both Enclosures and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There’s no need to book a ticket for kids under 18yrs old.

Concessions available on the day for those aged 65+ and students with a valid student card.

Free Carer's Admission - if a disability requires a racegoer to be accompanied by a registered carer, one complimentary admission ticket will be provided for the carer. Please contact the office to pre-book your carer's admission ticket on 01642 484 068.
