The Red Dress embroidery project, conceived by British artist Kirstie Macleod, provides an artistic platform for women around the world, many of whom are vulnerable and live in poverty, to tell their personal stories through embroidery.
This stunning dress will be on display in the museum has been embroidered onto by hundreds of women from around the world. Millions of symbolic stitches celebrate identity and highlight personal stories. You can see it until Thursday 9 March. Normal museum admission applies
