A mesmerising evening of poetry performed in the historic setting of Middlesbrough’s Reference Library. Featuring Bob Beagrie and the creative writing students of Teesside University, with a very special launch of Following Teisa by Judi Sutherland. Teisa is an ancient name for the River Tees and Judi follows an unknown 18th century female poet, Anne Wilson, on a journey along its banks, from wild, sheep-grazed moors, past spectacular waterfalls and lush farmland, to the industrial wastelands at the river’s mouth.
