About
British birds are short of nesting holes!
Gardens, parks and woodland are neater and tidier than they used to be, depriving birds of natural holes to find a home. And to make matters worse modern buildings have fewer handy nooks and crannies in them.
The good news is that everyone can do their bit to help… and where better to start than your own garden?
Have a go at making and decorating your own nest box this February Half Term at RSPB Saltholme. Book tickets through https://events.rspb.org.uk/events/32107
