International Women’s Day Gig at The Green Room, Stockton
To celebrate this year’s international women’s day The Green Room are hosting a very special gig and pop choir on Saturday 4th March. The gig features Lizzie Essau, Charlotte Greyson and a special solo set from Liz Corney. Headliner Lizzie Essau brings her own blend of indie pop rock to the stage and has drawn attention from the likes of Radio 1, BBC Introducing, Clash and more. Hartlepool’s own folk pop star Charlotte Greyson will be bringing her band The Shame Areas along and Liz Corney (Field Music, The Cornshed Sisters) will be debuting some of her new solo material. There will also be the return of Liz Corney’s pop choir from 3pm-5pm celebrating female singer songwriters and having a fun filled singing session. There will also be the opportunity to make your own badge at the gig celebrating feminist icons.
