Through objects, photographs and a beautiful film, Celebrating Connections captures the journey of a group of people that were born in or migrated to Middlesbrough.
As they come together they discuss community and make universal connections of celebration through food, dance, fashion, culture and memories.
We all may celebrate in different ways but we are united in celebrating love, milestones, birthdays and even death.
Coming together every week to create this exhibition has been a celebration in itself sharing our stories and experiences together.
