Billingham International Folklore Festival is the largest festival of its kind in the UK and is dedicated to bringing you the very best of traditional and contemporary dance from across the world.
The strength of our festival lies in its incredible history, always thriving as a festival where local meets global. International companies bring their dance, music and culture to Billingham, showcasing to local audiences a vast repertoire of performance in spectacular costumes.
BIFF also provides a platform for over 300 performers from around the world to collaborate in creating new work, fusing different styles of dance, art forms and sport.
Our excellent family programme offers creative experiences for people of all ages and abilities to try new things and to engage in dance and music workshops and community events.
Billingham Festival 2023 will take place from 12th to 20th August 2023.
