About
Todds House Farm is a 55-acre mixed farm pleasantly situated on a country lane within easy reach of the village of Sedgefield with its shops, pubs, restaurants and its fine 13th-Century Church.
An attractive granary conversion next to the 200-year-old farmhouse provides self-catering accommodation for a family of four with splendid views over the countryside.
Todds House Farm is only 12 miles from the North East coast, and within easy reach of shopping and leisure facilities in Durham City, Stockton-on-Tees, Darlington and Middlesbrough.
Maps of local footpaths and cycle tracks can be provided, and lock-up facilities for bicycles are also available. Judith and Sam, the resident owners of Todds House Farm, are happy to advise you on where to go according to your interests. Judith is a qualified tour guide, fluent in German and French and can offer guided tours of the region.
