The Cleveland Hills offer some fantastic walking and cycling routes, including a trip up to the peak of Roseberry Topping with stunning views across Tees Valley and North Yorkshire. Travel east towards the coast and you can join up with the Cleveland Way in nearby Marske-by-the-Sea and Saltburn-by-the-Sea, and enjoy a walk across cliff tops and down into some of the pretty coastal towns and villages. Saltburn in particular is popular amongst surfers and ice cream lovers, and has many pubs and restaurants to enjoy.
