Our self catering Holiday Cottages are set in beautiful rolling unspoilt countryside in Lower Teesdale on the Durham/Yorkshire border.

Conveniently situated within easy reach of Northern England’s most beautiful scenery and historic sites, including the North Pennines, Yorkshire Dales, Durham Cathedral, Barnard Castle, Richmond, Hadrians Wall, Newcastle and the Lakes. Locally there is an abundance of walking and cycling routes through peaceful lanes and quiet limewashed hamlets with everything from a Michelin-starred restaurant, to welcoming local pubs, restaurants, farm shops and cafes.

The Mill Granary and Mill Byre are two luxuriously appointed stone built 18th century converted barns, sleeping eight and seven guests, these are separated by open fields and a wild flower meadow teeming with wildlife. They are great for family gatherings and celebrations.
